I like how the mask makes them look vaguely canine. Fitting motif.
Bovine to me, complete with bull nose ring.

The qunari. Followers of the Qun. The people of the Qun are, perhaps, the least-understood group in Thedas. Nature has given them fierce horns and strange eyes, and the ignorant look on these formidable warriors and see monsters.
Whether a saarebas,a sten or the mighty Arishok himself, the qunari are a people to be respected. Or feared.
Check out the full QUNARI PAGE for more information, screenshots and concept art.

Um... if you haven't noticed, you spelt "sea" wrong when you said, "these formidable warriors and see monsters."

They remind me a lot of the Seanchan of Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time fame. Especially concerning their treatment of mages.
I love them. Hope they're a good part of the story.

No, you're misreading the sentence. The description says people look at the Qunari, but they don't see people, they see monsters.
i.e they're viewed as monsters.

The wiki goes into a lot of detail about the specifics of the Qun... I found it interesting at least... not that I agree with any of it.MrDrycht wrote...
A communist community that keeps their living weapons in chains? Neat, hope we get to learn more of what this qun is...

Would love my female mage to get an arvaarad as recognition of her strength and help to the qunari nation. That would make a nice Beauty and The Beast setting from an every day citizen but those who know about her powers would wonder who the true Beast is.
Sad we get Romances only with other Humans or the dandy Elves. I mean it seems though as there never has been any mixing (no halfe elves, half dwarves, half Qunari or whatever they may be called) in Thedas which would be strange with all the movement there has been over the years of it's history. You could of course argue that there is no genetical compatibility between the races and any relationship that there has been were infertile but well let me love them "aliens"
