hmm if it was a female qunari it would have to be a mage, if all females roles are not that of a warrior, she would also need an insentive to join.... pretty much being chained to someone and forced into battle while conflicting inner demons would be a good plot to follow

you kill her handeler, you offer her a choice she joins or she dies.... im pretty certain that would be the way to go so....
