Although, I'm not sure if I'm going to buy Dead Space 2.. I never completed the first one. It was boring, IMO, but the second one seems a lot better.

You know, Dead Space 2 is actually great game. To me presonaly , better than original which I also liked. So  just buy it , play it and forget about Clarke armor for DA2, cs DA2 is kind of cr%p compared to Dead Space 2.
