So I preordered the game but just recently found out that Greece isn't supported, which means I won't be getting the promised sword and shield.

Is there any way I can provide some sort of proof that I did indeed preorder it and have someone unlock them for me?

After Dragon Age 2 is released for your region, contact EA customer service and tell them that you didn't get the code for the pre-order. There's no guarantee they'll give it to you but it doesn't hurt to try.
