I am behind Astaro Gateway UTM.

I cannot just assign Dragon Age 2 UDP/TCP inbound and outbound port open in Windows Firewall.

From what I can read, DA2 uses port
18081 (UDP/TCP) 
80 (UDP/TCP)
8000 (TCP)
8001 (UDP)
443 (TCP)

Even with above ports open, I am unable to connect to DA2 server to login.

However, I can still log in fine to DA:origin server to login and play.

Am I missing something here?  Is there DA2 server IP address?

I've been getting the same problem, I tried mass effect 2 and I couldn't connect to cerberus either so I don't know what is wrong.

I have the same problem, Can't connect to DA:O servers... I always get the same message :
"The Dragon Age servers could not be contacted. Please Try again"

means there updating them and getting ready for the midnight release of some gamestop stores  are doing.
normally they will take down servers when they need to put the new infomation on the servers and change things i.e make it ready for da2 and keep them down till tuesday or monday if you go on the 7th

I can log in to DA:O servers but not DA2 servers. So I am not sure if it is servicing or updating issue.
