Though it's true that the underwear in DA2 is a tad better looking and hopefully more comfortable. The bras are still lacking. Considering how well formed the women of Thedas often seem to be, the bras don't seem very practical or supportive. Though they are smidge prettier.

Although I guess anything is an improvement over the underwear of KOTOR.

All I can say is that I hope someone opens a better bra shop in Thedas for the poor women of Thedas soon, especially for those of us who don't have the luxury of using mods to help our poor virtual sisters in their time of need.

Or better yet, they could go bra less. I would support that...position.

I think the women should burn their bras in protest.

Does anyone know what real women's underwear in a medieval era would have been? Not making a realism argument, just curious; the oldest type of underwear I've heard of is corsets, which were rather later.

Yeah... I mean, I admit I may have heard wrong, but from what I understand 'support' garments for the top end are a relatively modern invention.

Not unless you replace it with something else, it should be covering the neck seem where the head custom head is stitched to the default body.

And :/ this thread makes me think of Vindictus and their actual microtransaction in-game underwear shop.

The Romans had a bra-type item which was basically a band of cloth wrapped around the chest to support it. Can't remember the name of it off the top of my head. No idea what medieval women did though. - probably nothing...

Without a bra is good, it's all about equality. Men don't wear them, why should women? See? Equality.

Only Qunari have proper underwear. Why? Because they're civilized.

Yes it was very evil of her to have better undies than the female PC. So annoying.

I don't think early medieval women had much in terms of undergarments. I don't think corsettes appeared until the late middle ages sort of pre-elizabethan times. Although, I am no expert.

Being a well formed women myself I would find it quite difficult to do the things my female PCs do in the supportless undergarments currently being sold in Thedas. Perhaps Anders can provide some breast reduction surgery to help out?

What I love about these forums is that you can post a fairly silly topic such as this and people will turn it into a proper conversation.

I know was just messing around. There always has to be a internet perv that says something like that. I figured i would do it.

And you never know when a woman may be a little unstable and go oh yeah well i will show you, and post a pic of themselves without really thinking about it.
