I finished preloading the actual game. As there isnt an official tech support forum yet for the full game, this will have to do.

I inputted my code for the DLC pre-order items which went in fine, but Black emporium is not showing up in my items.

Is this a case of it showing up later or did I just screw myself over royally by inputting early ?

Me too. I couldn't activate the game with my account (the same of DAO) and when in game (unlocked with the serial code) I encounter a registration error (device a: open or not working) while I try to connect to my account. But after that (ignoring the error) it says that I'm connected (!) showing none of my redeemed items.
I'm looking in the forum for a solution, in the meanwhile someone know where I could find it?

I am having the same issue.. I think I might know what I did wrong anyway..

I looked in the forum to see how to unlock the promotion codes for the pre-order and stuff and got directed to the bioware page.. but I am starting to believe another process is required for anybody who bought DA II through Steam .. who might have to activate the stuff ingame

If so.. is there any way to reclaim the content I purchased? feeling like a donkey's behind for activating stuff through the wrong channels but I followed the info as written on the steam forums so I think the error is not entirely mine, if an error was made..

EDIT hmm.. following the ingame link led me to the same link, at bioware/redeem , so my theory goes down the drain allready.. still not getting any DLC availlable to me though..

Same problem here, bought the game, registered it today, input the code for the black emporium etc. I did unlock the 3 books and the boots, but no black emporium. It still shows as "For sale" to me. When i try to input the key to redeem again it says "in use".....

Same problem here. Some of the items unlock just fine but not the Emoprium...

I might have found a solution. I clicked the "Profile"-tab here at the Bioware social network (below your profile pic) and selected "your registered game content".

I found the black emporium in the list of unlockables and clicked "more info - PC".

This was shown on screen:

"To manually download your new content on the PC:

1. Download the package from the link below and install it.
2. Run Dragon Age II.
3. Please ensure you log in with the same account you used on the social website.
4. Start a new game or load an existing one.
5. Follow the instructions in the game journal."

Have you guys downloaded the content? You have to do it manually, if I remember.
