Pardon me if I missed any. What is wrong with deciding to have one more male DLC character as a love interest, especially when it has been unbalanced for a while?

EDIT: I forgot Jade Empire, just a moment.

Well having had inbalances in prior game is hardly a justification for inbalance in future games. The best course of action is to always be balanced. And I honestly don't get why women even come into a thread where guys ask for something from Bioware and disapprove. Envious much?

We're not Hiring a man over a women for a job, Were asking for a 3rd female LI in a videogame. Horrible horrible horrrible comparison and overall a total fail. If any of what you said applies to Videogame LI then Bioware should be able to write all Female LI and it would be fair? I don't think so.

The point I was making is that adding in another female LI for the sole reason of having the same amount of LI's for each gender is not making it equal at all, if they are going to add in another character then there should be a reasoning behind it, otherwise it's just pandering to a ridiculous form of political correctness.

What next? "Why do all the female LI's get an extra conversation, I think all make LI's should get an extra conversation too!"

It's not a numbers game. I'd rather have a choice of two extremely well written characters than five rushed ones just so we have "plenty of choice".

From pictures given from the manual and guidebook, you can flirt with Seb and you can bring him down the romance line, but since he is chaste, you cannot have a physical romance with him.

I do not see only women disapproving here.
And I do not disapprove of anything. I was just putting it in perspective. It is downloadable content, it is bound to put things in imbalance. Where were people when there was a flood of warrior companions in Origins?

I'm not trying to troll this thread, but I don't get why people are so hung up on romances in these bioware games, it doesn't effect the game whatsoever. It's a branch of dialogue and an extra scene.

Nobody is asking for the sole reason of having same amount of LIs. It is just an excuse to ask for one more.I could care less how many LIs any gender or orientation get as long as I get the one I want. Actually in DA:O I could care less if there was any LI aside from Morrigan. Because I always chose her for my male. Same as I always chose Alistair for my female, but since I am a hetero guy I could have done without any LI for my female Warden.

In my experience, yes. As a developer, they'll always want the one damn person you say "no" to. I think it's just the player's nature. xD
