Or pull them together. You can pretty much toss things around. Sounds awesome to me.

I agree, Fist of the Maker sounds cool, but other than that not much striking my fancy.
Plus when i see Pull of the Abyss and Gravitic Ring im just left asking why

Bloodlust is not as useful as Follow-Through, unless you can kill everyone within 5 slices. From what we see in the demo that's hardly the case.
Pinpoint Strikes should be used as a replacement for upgrades such as Murder (for Backstab) or Relentless Strike (for Explosive Strike) because you want your critical chance bonus to be maximized.
Example: Activate Pinpoint Strike => Immediately follow up with Backstab.
Otherwise it's not worth the stamina/cooldown IMO. Let's say it is most effective when combined with other Rogue talents against bosses, and not when used with auto-attacks vs. standard mobs.
If you want to be better against normal mobs it's better to use sustainables/passives like Lacerate/Unforgiving Chain, or skills from the Duelist/Specialist trees.
Assassinate is indeed awesome, but it just seems like a Twin Fangs that also work with bows to me. Since I'm going to use mostly DW anyway, I don't think I'll be very eager to go down the entire Assassin tree just for that skill.
Personally, I'd rather Throw the Gauntlet against the bosses than Mark them with Death. It would ****** them off and amuse me. :-)
IMO, I think Shadow will be most useful on Nightmare, with the Decoy and all. Utility is whats going to keep you and your party alive. Assassin will be more effective on Hard or below as survivability tends not to be as crucial. The same can be said about duelist as you really don't want to be tanking anything on Nightmare as a rogue, especially since rogues don't particular excel at hitting multiple mobs at once. Peeling off a single target is usually pointless, even if it was an enemy rogue chopping at your mage.
Uh... I'd have to give Duelist just as much importance on Nightmare. 40% additional defense is something I wouldn't want to pass over, even if I don't intend on having Hawke playing as a tank.

It applies only to knockback effects, and it is 100 percent resistance to such effects. That being said, I am not sure what other physical resist effects there are aside from knockback.Zabaniya wrote...

I wonder what Force Mage does when it says +125% physical and elemental force??
does that mean your basic staff attacks ( ranged and melee ) do more damage?

I am guessing that force refers to whatever secondary effect the spell causes ( knockback, slow, etc.). Then again, I am only guessing.jhawke wrote...

That's pretty much what the Resilience description says, except for the 100% resistance. Unless there's something else to it that I'm missing that someone should fill me in on.

Unshakable: Fortitude: +100
One basically makes you ignore knockback, the other increases your fort saves by 100. I would say half of all fort saves would be knockback, the other half being other things, but I am not certain on that.
