Do we know what the elixers are? Are they one use only or are they items that can be repeatedly crafted?
I'm only seeing 7 potions/elixirs that have a recipie, and the others listed earlier do not have a recipie (at least it's not shown). Some of the potions you can make look really good this time around and have a 20m - 30m duration for decent effects.

I'd search through his posts in the TGS2011 skill thread.

@Graunt: Has Last Push been confirmed as a full cooldown reduction?
No, no thanks to the crappy guide either. For it's level it has to do that. A "reduction" even if it was something like 5s - 10s just doesn't cut it.
Peter already said that Last Push is a 20% reduction. So lets say you are using a 30 second cooldown ability. YOu use second wind when 20 seconds are left on cooldown for the 30 second ability. 20% of 30 seconds is 6 seconds, so now you have to wait 14 seconds instead of 20.

Well I never saw it anywhere, and I was looking through this thread specifically for comments that he left today. It's definitely NOT worth the point then to me, especially because most abilities are 20s anyway. At least now I know I'll be able to get Fervor one level earlier.
Anyway, off to sleep...like I should have three hours ago.

You can also respec if you have the Black Emporium.
Can you respec as many times as you want? A big part of my Rogue build is to respec when I unlock Shadow, at level 13 and then again when I unlock Assassin.

It doesn't say, only that you buy an item from the vendor to respec. Sounds like the same thing from Awakening, and in that game you could respec as many times as you wanted (had to buy a book each time though).

I hope you can respec companion as well as Hawke. I am surprised you guys aren't playing the game I am stuck at work in europe waiting but isn't it past midnight in the states?
I ordered mine from Gamestop in October. I shouldn't even be awake right now.

Could be worth it to give up those robes ad focus on con almost entirely.

There are three unique, complete armor sets to collect in each Act, one for each class that Hawke may play. Equipping the entire suit of armor on the main character confers and additional bonus for completing this uniform. Note that these items are class specific. -- Not going to list these...too many items, and the bonuses aren't anything I consider worth writing home about.

You HAVE to use the staff with the highest raw damage, all the stats bonus on it won't make up for the loss of raw damage point. Same goes for melee weapon, the more I think about it the less I like it.

when I exploit cross-class-combos, does the condition being used (e.i. staggered) end after one talent or spell in the sense that the staggered enemy returns to normal or does he rather stay in that condition for as long as he is programmed to?
#1043
Posté 09 mars 2011 - 06:42
It's still possible to make some CCC chains as there are talents that exploit one condition and leave the enemy in another (I think Rogues have something that exploits Staggered and leaves Disoriented).

Doesnt have to be any specifics.
On T: I think I'm going to have to move up to Nightmare, ever since I got the Duelist spec Rogue Hawke has been a machine (still lvl7). I'm hoping a boss fight may change my mind, but I've had one tough one already (@lvl7) and no one died Varric did get under 25% though....
