Ya have to destroy Andraste's Ashes to get that.

OMG i didnt destroy it.... Can i go back now and doo that ? and is that that only way ???

Actually, if you load an earlier saved file, agree to destroy the ashes and then do it, you'll unlock the reaver talent permanently. Once you've done that you can just load your last saved game and continue playing. That way, your character didn't really destroy the ashes, but you unlocked the talent nevertheless.

I dont have that save... So there is no other way to became reaver ... ?

just been all the way back to see if i can break it after taking the pinch of ashes "arrgh" it just says leave urn alone, sten will have to be a berserker instead

I destroyed the ashes to get reaver and I didn't reload my character (on purpose). Know this, destroying the ashes comes with pretty heavy consequences (like every choice in this game).
