I installed Dragon Age Ultimate Edition recently and when I entered the pro mo code on the Bioware social network it didn't authorise any of the DLC on my account. I have registered the ultimate edition. I've tried the code again but it says it's already been used. I also already have a copy of dragon age: origins installed.
All the DLC are shown as downloaded in the game but marked as "unauthorised".
I've read several threads which ask you to make sure that the DAUpdater service is running and I've done that - The DLC I received with the original version of Dragon Age (Blood Dragon Armour and Stone Prisoner) show as authorised but none of the others.
I purchased both games from steam and I'm running windows 7 64 bit pro.
Please Help.
Pro mo code didn't authorise DLC on Bioware account

First; this forum is for Mass Effect.
Second... the rule = 1 game per account, so log onto the new game with a different computer/ account or contact EA ( http://support.ea.co.../detail/a_id/75 )and ask them to take pitty on you!
