Ok so I'm hearing alot about the descion i made in Origins effects how DA:2 pans out. Is this true? and if so why?, surely if the world is set in a differnet area etc surely my descions from my old char shouldnt effect the world for Hawke. As the blight is happening as you first take control. Can any help me on this one?

Also such chars as Flemeth and the Quanari, have theyve been changed to fit the time scale and new look of the game, or is this how they wanted them to originally look since Origins, but maybe couldnt due to restrictions ?.

The decisions you made are referenced and can account for some small cameo appearances. IT doesn't appear that they have any large effect on the story so far, though.

Yes, the blight is first going on when you take control of Hawke, but that factors very little into the rest of the game. It just sets the stage for why they leave Ferelden and go to Kirkwall. Flemeth/Qunari have been updated with the new art style. Some Qunari have horns (or most) and some are special and born with out, so that accounts for Sten in origins. As for Flemeth, she's a shapechanger, so she can pretty much take on whatever form she wishes.
