Does anyone know how to fix this? I beat the game on insanity without changing the difficulty setting, but after the final cutscene, and after credits, it still hasn't unlocked. This is really making me mad because this is the last trophy I have until the platinum. Please help.
Insanity trophy won't unlock.

I'm about to finish the game on Insanity tonight. I followed the directions from that thread to the key, so hopefully it works. Sorry about your trophy though.
