Hi Bioware store

i purchased soms DLC but haven't had THE E-mail

what mush i do ??

i have a problem with my mail, i purchased warden's keep for dragon age, but i cant open the ling in my mail. it says the URL is not valid and cannot load the page (translation). what to do, i really want this expansion.

The Bioware Store forum has absolutely nothing to do with DLC...if you would have read any other topic in this forum, you could have likely come to that conclusion - even the topics relating to DLC have posts within stating this very fact...look to the technical forums in the future.

*sigh* ...but after buying DLC, check under Profile>Your registered game promotions; If it's shown up on that list, then you've bought it. You can then either download it manually (ME2) or open up "down-loadable content" in game (DA:O) to get teh DLC you want. If it doesn't download correctly, contact Tech Support on BSN (once agian, NOT this forum). If it doesn't show up on the list, something went wrong with your purchase and you should likely contact EA Support (and yet again, NOT this forum).

it was solved by using dragon age content updater, but thnx anyway
