We are going to be at the EB Games at Southgate Mall for the midnight launch of DA2. The doors to the mall will open at 11pm to allow people to wait indoors (where it is warmer and relatively polar bear free). The BioWare Community team will be there. Members of the DA2 team will be there (Mike Laidlaw told me after today's chat he'd be showing up) and are willing to sign copies. We'll be chatting and answering questions as we wait for the game to go on sale.
We'll have food, prizes if you come in DA costume, tons of fun and, of course, the midnight launch of Dragon Age 2. Limited copies will be available at the store, so get there early and get in line.
We hope to see you at the EB Games in Southgate Mall Monday Night.
Huh... Here in Sydney, Australia; there's a Southgate shopping center with an EB Games store inside as well. >_> Locally too! I don't suppose youse can fire up your miracle-teleportation device and say hi? (Just kidding. xD)

That's perfect. Seeing as the game is released 3 days later in europe you can totally make it to Sweden in time for a midnight release here as well.
Right?
If not London, every shred of my love and devotion would go to Bioware if they would take the midnight launch up north. I hate Stockholm, and there are high chances of unpleasant encounters in Göteborg and Malmö.
Sundsvall would be good, although I just came back from there... o_O I'd still WALK back there for a midnight launch. I sh!t you not.

You too can discover why Mike said I looked like the front-man for a British alt-rock group.

'Tis true! I'll be there as well, but bear no resemblance to front-men of any music type.

A: I am not a good person after 11:00pm.. well I am, just really good a thoroughly embarrassing myself through sleepy talk.
B: Last time I was in the Southgate Mall EB/Gamestop, my nose was assaulted by residue from the unwashed.. and that was about 3 days after a game release..
C: I need my beauty sleep for when I get my copy of DA2 on Tuesday.. three days off work to play game, 2 of them paid, what more can I ask for?

Awww, I'm in Hawaii! I'm willing to fight my stuffed polar bears if that will somehow get me a prize though.
And then you will be like Ogrehn... and will lose to a stuffed polar bear, and we will find you in a strangle hold, crying.. and we will all say,
It was a sodding good stuffed Polar Bear, and then chuckle :-)
I will switch, you come live in edmonton, for the week, and I will take Hawaii..
