OT. I chose Merrill. I didn't really like her voice and appearance, though she was the best looking of the Na'vi elves by far. But i can't deny that she was sweet even if she was also naive and sometimes very annoying.
As for Isabella, i like her. Just not as a love interest.

I actually got the impression that Merrill and Varric had a thing going on. Had nickname for her and everything.
I liked Merrill though. Her intentions were noble if a bit mommy dearest obsessive with Marithari.

You don't have to choose to romance anyone anyhow.... So you can't say its Isabela or Merill.
Anders still remains the sweetest npc in the game. Merril is far too much 'im a child'.

A choice between a skanky-ass disease ridden "ahem" individual who is probably infected with every STD known to a man or a silly virginal-girl-next-door whose voice actor sounds as if she is about to cry after every line and who is so naive and annoying that it will either make you find it funny (weird) or you'll end up wanting to punch her right in the face.

Thats why you choose Anders, and tell yourself it's just roleplaying. It's just roleplaying ok!
But still, the choices are not the best. The women, and the men for that matter are almost polar opposites. I just thank BioWare that there are no french people in my party, makes my blue blood boil at the thought.

According to Merrill's appreciation thread calcs, Merrill is potentially even older than Hawke.
She's either 15, or she's 25 when we first meet her in DA2.
