Even though my first playthrough will be female Hawke I have to say even if Im straight damn Isabella is sexy. How can anyone resist a pirate captain? I rest my case. Also Merill's eyes just kind of put me off, particulalry in the one sex screeshot we have of her. All the other romance aspects though, sexy as all get out.

Real answer: don't know. The guide didn't mention anything regarding gender. My money's on yes, for the sake of consistency, but there's really nothing to back it up
