Hello, I am trying to leave the estate however whenever I try to click on the exit it says I'm in combat.  I was trying to sneak past the guards and have not been attacked yet so is their anyway to force a combat leave or am I going to have to try and kill all the guards?

You're going to have to kill the guards. For some reason, when you're in stealth you go into combat if anyone hostile is close by even if they can't detect you and you don't want to fight them:/
