Is it just from DA2 right? because if DAO is to be considered then Morrigan all the way to the top, but if it's just for DA2 then 1.-Bethany (blasted! damn! double damn! damn it!) and then Isabela and then the rest wich I don't really care for them. Still this thread should be interesting to follow once the entire game is played.
