After the first time you help Isabela she tells you, "I have a room at the hanged man, if you're looking for company later".... Call me crazy, but i'm pretty sure she is offering your Hawke casual sex right off the bat as well.... Now the difference is this can grow into love in Dragon Age 2 because you spend more time around her. So, basically... she still seems willing to sleep with you easily, so it's not a you're not awesome like the Warden, you need to wait scenario. lol It's a she likes casual sex, you could possible grow the relationship into more than casual sex which perhaps she's not used to.

Well from my understanding there is a considerable gap between DA:O and DA2.

Upon arriving in Kirkwall your character spends a number of months simply waiting to get inside the city and then spends a year I believe in Indentured servitude. I may be wrong and I can't recall where I read this but simply put Isabella had no real relationship with the GW from Origins other then having a quickie on her ship.

OP sex might have to mean something to you and that is great, however sex happens, and sometimes you think it is going to mean something and sometimes you get your heart broken and other times sex can just be amazing for the sake of it. Occasionally ships that pass in the night can contain within them more romance, more feeling than relationships that last for years.... It is all part of life's rich pattern and you might just (IRL) be closing yourself off to the perfect person for you just because they had some ill advised sex once upon a time and that is a shame.
I am 45 and have had some fun and some pain in my life, I regret nothing and my husband loves me for who I am not for my capacity to foresee that he would come along eventually and therefore keep my legs shut til then.
Isabela's husband was dead in DA IIRC and maybe she has an open view of sex and maybe she just steals the odd moment of closeness with another human being to feel comforted or maybe she is a bit of a Lucy Lastic (loose elastic) and can't say no. Whatever she was in DA it is important to accept that everything changes and nothing ceases changing til it stops, so perhaps the Isabela who would trade skills for a moment of intimacy is different now, maybe she isn't... but I certainly wouldn't hold someone's past against them
Perhaps you are still young enough to be idealistic or maybe life hasn't bitten you yet, but it will and hopefully people won't judge you for your mistakes or choices without getting to know you.

Well they ARE at the pearl and she DOES teach him/her dueling. But it never shows her teaching your warden dueling, they could duel naked in a back room if you know what I mean.

Nonetheless, it was nothing more than a fling. Nothing ever develops. There was no relationship at all, so how could she be "cheating?"

If you had a boyfriend/girlfriend and they went out and had sex with some **** at a brothel, would you consider that cheating?

So by your logic, casual sex/fling/one night stand = instant relationship? I guess we all have different interpretations on what makes a relationship, no matter how skewered they can be.

So don't romance her? she is obviously not your type if you have an issue with people being free with the idea of sex and not seeing it as a meaningful and special experience.

First: warden didnt waste any money on her over a long period of time, nor had to quest it was only a one night stand. (reason why it was in the pearl no?)

Plus, there was no emotional investment.
