I have a question about a glitch in Overlord.

I was playing the mission and after I came out of the Geth ship everything was pink and black. I've read about this issue but I don't know if there is a fix for it. It's very annoying, the whole mission seemed dodgy from the start. It's out of sync, the textures are on par with a PS1 game and then this happens. How could it even get released! I've tried reloading it but it stays pink...
