I bought a copy of Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate edition. And when I put it into my xbox It, it says "Xbox can't recognize this disk".
I bought my xbox in 2002 and have rarely played it at all! I have kept it in a box all this time. Why will it not read?

Simple thought: the disc is faulty, or the DVD lens isn't functioning properly.
Suggestions: give the lens a clean and see if that helps; if not check the disc.
Warning: there does seem to be an issue with disc 2 of the Ultimate Edition so it may be worth exchanging it.
