Hi there,

I purchased some BioWare Points back in February, and paid for them via PayPal.

However those points have not been made available to me - in my account, the Current Balance is still zero points.

If I look under Manage Account, it clearly shows that the PayPal transaction, inc the date, the number of points purchased (1200) and the cost. PayPal has since debited my bank account.

Why have the BioWare points not been forthcoming? I can't purcahse any DLC (for Mass Effect 2) without them, and I don't know how to rectify this situation.

Can anyone help?
