While I don't have work or school on Tuesdays, life conspires against me, and I will be busy for most of the day. I'm actually kind of reluctant to even begin DAII seeing as I've yet to complete Awakening on my "canon" file.

I'm taking the week off! Everything important I am finishing up Monday and the rest of the week is gonna be Dragon Age 2, Mountain Dew and beard growing time!

I will be playing it in between, however!

Don't worry; the earlier a programming class starts, the better you will understand it.

Just so happens that I have Tuesdays and Wednesdays off anyway. I'll be a day behind everyone as I just got DA2 through Gamefly. I'm betting I'll see my shipment notification Monday morning, but I wont get it until Wednesday unfortunately. Oh well, small price to pay to be able to screen games and only purchase if I love it later.

Why should I take tuesday off, the game isn't out until friday? ^^ And well, even if I needed to take the day off to play (wihch I sadly don't), I wouldnt take a day off for a game.

Agreed - Friday is the earliest I can possibly get the game and I wouldn't want to rush playing it anyway - not that I know for sure when it will arrive because I don't have the shipping dates.

I'm a housewife.
Every day is my day off
Not really I have 3 children and the youngest is nearly two, so no rest for me lol.
ETA - Plus a very large number of us don't live in the US or Canada so taking Tuesday of would be pointless anyway!

I'm not sure when exactly Amazon will ship the game to me (Germany).

But anyway, not only did I not take any days off, I'm doing additional shifts this week & weekend (I work at a radio station, so no regular work schedule), so I can spend more time with my boyfriend next week.
I certainly am excited about the game and I'm curious to see what Bioware has done with the romances, but I still prefer my real life romance - way more dialogue options and I don't have to wait until the great final battle before we are allowed to go to the tent.

And besides, what's the rush? We've waited for months and months, I want to savour the game, not beat it in two nights and a day.
