I've just bought the PC DA:O Ultimate Edition, and first thing I want to do is install some character creation mods.

So far I have downloaded CC Extra Tints & Tones and Pineappletree's Vibrant colors, I've placed them in the Documents > BioWare > Dragon Age > packages> core > override folder, but when I start the game I can't find the extra customisations anywhere. Am I looking in the wrong spot, did I install it wrong?

I also use Windows 7 so that might be part of it, I don't know. I'd appreciate any help. :(

I think there might be a chargenmorphcfg file conflict.

Download this progam and run it, see if it makes a difference

Hiya i'm having this problem too, except that I cannot for the life of me find the override folder. I have a feeling its because i downloaded it through steam - anyway around this?

On my PC it is here.

User/Users/My Documents/Bioware/Packages/Core/override

It may differ slightly from machine to machine but that is the general place for it, it isn't in the actual game install folder.

Hey there maybe one of you would know how to fix this:

I have added a few character creator mods to my game. It loads up to the character creator screen, and they are in there but they are turning up as blank... as in the back part of my characters head is missing where the downloadable content should be. And then my game says its not running properly and does a forced shutdown of the game. What can I do to fix this and make it work right?
