Why do the forums crash?

It keeps happening a lot, every second time I visit a thread or refresh. What is going on?

Ironically, the forums crashed the first time I posted this thread.

It was annoying wasn't it? Atleast you can still access your account. I can't even access my account and BioWare won't reply to any of my e-mails or forum posts.
