YES!

RAM could be bettar, but it's ok. You will not run the game max-out, but... pfff.

It's a matter of price now. How much do they ask?

if you can get 4gb ram - yes. Even if only 3gb will be usable [donno your OS], it's still better.

vista 32bit [classic one, prbbly you will have exactly that] can use only 3GB, 64bit version has no such limitation.
