okay guys i found out the problem

i found out why i cant add my psn id, its because im using the wrong email address

i need to download my account, the one i am using to type this topic so i can create a new account with the same name and with the right email this time,

the problem is the site is unable to delete my account atm, is there any moderator that can delete this account please?

You need to wait 1 week (7 days) from your last post on the forums to be able to delete your account. It's not really a bug, it's more of a precaution from not-wanted account deletes I guess (happened on the old forum that someone could have played with an account that wasn't theirs and... poof, gone for good).

Knowing they are BioWare official moderators, they could probably do it, or could point you at someone that can.

You can only delete accounts a week after your latest post, but this will not solve your issue. You need to talk to EA live support and have them move your PSN to your other EA account.

yes i know its why i wanna delete this one and register with the correct email address

So I think your problem is that you want to change the email address of your Bioware/EA account?

What you can do is log out here at BioWare Socail.

Then log into the EA profile management page at https://profile.ea.com/ using your current email address.

Once you are in change your email address to your new one.

When that goes through you should be able to come back here and log in using that new email address.

Last step, hopefully posting here telling us it worked.

I had a similar problem. I just bought Dragon Age Origins: Ultimate edition and got the code for the Blood Dragon Armor. When I followed the instructions I came here and made an account with my secondary email address. I then saw that you have to use the email address that is tied to your XBL gamertag. I tried to delete this profile so that I could correct the problem.

I followed your steps and went to profile.ea.com and the option there was to change my email. When I went to change it to my XBL email it said that it was already in use. I then realized that since I have ME2, my email was already registered here, though I had no clue that it was. I logged in with my XBL email and made an account and registered my code. Now I will just wait the week period needed and delete this account.

So, even though your solution didn't help me directly, it did help me in the long run and I appreciate it.

no it doesnt work, i tried it like that and my emai

actually its like this, long time ago I used my good email dsniper**@gmail.com to play battlefield bad company 2 on PS3, so i also linked my ps3 there

However when i sign up here, I was stupid and didnt realize that i alread used my gmail for my PS3 persona, instead i made another EA account using dsniper**@yahoo.com!

so atm i am using my yahoo EA account, but now I want this account (the yahoo.com) on this forum only deleted so i can use the username  "DsniperSVD" again as a username here with the correct email address which is my gmail!

i cant change the email address on the https://profile.ea.com/ because they contradict each other

Could you please teach me how to change my PSN ID to my new account ? My problem is that I have been using account from the existing owner of My DA:O, since he allready use his blood dragon armor, he gave me his EA account for me to log in.

Now since I wanted to play DA2 using my own account i cant change it, it automatically connect to the previous account. Please help, should I delete the previous account first then change the email address on the https://profile.ea.com/ ?

If you have DLC attached to two different accounts it becomes complicated and you will need to contact EA technical support.

If you have two accounts and only one has DLC then it is just a matter of changing your email address on the account that has your PSN account linked to it.

My old account is the one with the all the dlc from DA:O, my new one got free dlc for staff of parlathan etc. I have report my problem and request to move the PSN ID from my old account to the one that I currently use now. Mu incident number is 110309-017074

Please help, I want to play DA:2 using my new account now , can u help me change my PSN ID to this one ?

The problem is that I wanted to use my PSN ID on new account that currently I am using now. The old account is from the guy who sold me his 2nd hand copy of DA:O

Cant believe this bought Dead Space 2, got excited about the dlc for dragon age and i linked it to the wrong email after realising my gamertag is linked to a email which is only seplt wrong because its seriouslyscary@hotmail.co.uk not .com. Seriously EA, giving us the ability to delete our own personal accounts would make life for everyone so much easier.
