They tried to use my old invalid credit card ,I did change it ,(I also  had 3 different valid cards listed so why they did not try one of those is beyond me)anyway now says being despatched tomorrow .

I guess probably won't get it  now until Monday/Tuesday.


Update now says ""We are preparing these items for dispatch and this portion of your order cannot be cancelled or changed."

If you ordered express you can get it as late as 6pm, I got Mass Effect 2 at 5.30pm on the thursday before release! Was a nice suprise as I'd conceded that it wasn't going to come.

Mine was despatched at 9.30 this morning via express, so I should get it by tomorrow, really hoped today though, I even ditched my lecture in the hope it would come today, a long shot that didn't pay off haha. 

Horrible knowing that I ordered even in october and I have to wait another day when there is people who have it already from GAME.

I pre-ordered the signature edition AND got the confirmation back for it AGES back. This is extremely unfair. I know I'm one of many who have posted MANY times but I don't know if there's anything I can do or anyone I can complain to. I'm sorry if this has already been posted before but I'm really angry and just want to know if there's anything that can be done. I host an online radio station's film and game review programme and was expecting to do a big piece on DA2 this week!

Sorry if this is annoying post once again but I had to get it out.

P.S

This is ESPECIALLY annoying since I paid the lovely price (being a poor student and all) of £24.99, now I'll have to shell out more to get less.

Yep. Installed, registered, new DX11 and Direct X drivers installed, Hires pack loaded up. All ready to go at the stroke of midnight.

Mine got shipped from Play.com yesterday so I wont see it until tomorrow. Hopefully...

I still havent heard from Play about any of my pre-order bonuses yet, quite a few of people have said they've already received their codes so I will send them an email tomorrow if I need too.

So until get those codes and I see the SE in my hands I still count my ordeal with Play as ongoing! ...

Call them up. I had the same problem (with Gamestation, part of the same group) and they sorted things out. Something to do with the time limit on the SE causing their system to think all copies were out of stock, I believe.

The SE extras are tied to the Black Emporium card, which should be in the box, assuming all copies work the same way. Once you redeem the code for that, all the SE extras you're eligible for appear in your profile/game promotions list. Looks like they download from within the game, same as DA:O.

Thanks, glad to know thats in the box and I wont need to chase them for those too.  But I will need to chase them for the Amulet of Ashes bonus, thats something they email and havent recieved yet.

My game from zaavi is on its way to Germany too. Will take 2 weeks until I have it, but I pretty much don't care right now. Lol. I've paid only the half for the Sig.Edition than I would have paid here, so if it turns out I still can't warm up to the game AFTER playing it...it is not much of a loss. Makes a pretty table mat for my coffee mug then xD

Nothing as of yet. I'm assuming I'll get an email tomorrow, regarding the codes. But we'll see.

It automatically added them on my account after i registered my game and redeemed the black emporium code.
