I disliked them before this, but now my last 2 pre-orders have been messed up. Didnt even get the amulet of ashes without emailing them about it. My last pre-order came a week late, if they do that with DA2 I'mma kill someone.

The exact same happend to me I was so disappointed when I came home from uni to see that the game hadn't arrived from play.

Mine was shipped wednesday so im not holding my breathe for tomorrow either from the sounds of things. Play used to ship on-time and on occasion I had games arrive a day or so early. Thats all changed recently. The fact Im getting the game a day or two late on top of the experience I have had with Play in regards to the SE is leaving me rather more annoyed.
So yes I think for many people they will be changing their preferred retailer in light of these experiences.

Got my SE from Game today, not recieved a code for the pre-order bonus though. I cant even remember what the bonus was from them, as I ordered a while ago and can't see it on their website. Has anyone recieved a code from them? It is not the first time havent been supplied with a code, they seem pretty bad at sending them out.

This is what happened to me. Ridiculous thing is, I ordered the collector's editions guide and it was dispatch Wednesday, arrived Thrusday, while the sig edition was posted on tuesday and hasn't arrived today on Friday.

After the whole SE issue with Play.com before, I hoped they would at least bring the game ON TIME. Also, the pessimist in me thinks they might of posted false 'post' messages for people..but that might be a bit of an exaggeration on my part.

Been recommended by a friend, he got his game on Wednesday. They also have a system where they grant you £3 credit if you don't get the game on time, also their prices are really cheap. wow, i sound like a spokesperson, i am really impressed with this place though and incredibly annoyed with play.com.

Oh yay it seems i wasn't the only one not to get it on friday from play.com. though i blame the royal mail more, how is it that they can get top gears letter from the bottom of Britain to the top in 1 day yet mine rarely takes less than 4?

Actually is not Royal Mail fault....i ordered my copy of the game with Amazon.co.uk and of course paid for the first class delivery and the game is arrived on the ETA...i think that is play.com that dispatched your copy of the game late.
PS: and no i'm not living in London but in the countryside..
