Apparently they have run out? I know a lot people have already received theirs so I know they have had the code at some point... /sigh yet another pain from Play and I thought they couldnt do any worse...

There should be some kind of compensation if you have pre-ordered and not got your game on release day. Like when you order a pizza and don't get it within 30 minutes.

Ordered mine 9th Jan, its been processing since mid last week and today I recieve an e-mail telling me its out of stock and can take up to 28 days to re-stock!!
Does anybody know whether Bioware will be sending out anymore SE's to retailers beyond the original batch?
I'll be fairly peed off if I wait another month and the regular edition arrives through my letterbox!

I really...really hope this hasn't gone missing, I don't want to have to wait 21-28 days before they can give me a refund (And I'd have to break the bad news to my friend who wanted this copy)

Can't believe it will have taken at least a week between the despatch date and arriving. I sent them a slightly snotty email about how if it takes so long for orders to be delivered then they should have despatched sooner and got a generic cut and paste response.

It made me feel like less of a dolt for having waited outside the store for ten minutes waiting for it to open, though. And the thought that my grabbing it probably ruined someone else's day makes me smile.

I think I'll just buy games in town from now on, and if I ever preorder it'll be in a physical shop. For the benefits from the SE, I don't think it's worth it for mainly Sebastian. I'll avoid them in the future

I know the feeling, I'm in Derry and haven't got mine yet either. Was posted first class on Thursday morning so I don't see how it would take 5 days to get here given that other packages have taken less than a day in total.Silver Direwolf wrote...
