I received my SE yesterday. Finally.
I hope everyone here gets their game soon.

Annoyingly, my game still didn't arrive. I think I'll email Play as this is pretty insane, seeing as it was apparently posted last Tuesday.

I borrowed a friends copy on Wednesday, so I was going to wait in Act 2 for my SE to arrive, and to add the DLC like Sebastian then. Now there's no real point in having gotten the signature edition really, because I'll have finished the game by the time my copy comes, at the earliest on Monday.

Ah i am still waiting as well (Play.com->Germany). I've mailed them before and they gave me the template answer that it usually takes 3-5 days and if its not there by 21 days i should come back.

Well i wont - ever.

Still not sure whether i take the package at all or just reject it...

I've decided to play TW:Shogun2 instead for now

Yes, i preordered the sig edition of DA2 from Play.com before the deadline and got it delivered on the 11th March.
I have done the same with The Witcher, Fable, and Skyrim.

well at least i've got some time to kill with Crysis 2 and Shogun 2 until i get my SE. if i'll ever get it.

Dagon_09....contact them. Also check your order history to see that your status for your DA2 is at. dispatched , That is if you have an account with them. Then they always send an e-mail to let you know it has been dispatched.
I hope you do get it soon.

Waiting for the 29th ... then 21 days are over and the delivery is officially "missing".

Am I the only one still waiting for his SE from Play.com??? I can't wait for having my PC version, I got the xbox one from another retailer, but my saves are from the PC

Contacted game.co.uk, have to wait till april 4th (28 days total) before they'll officially regard it as lost in transit, and then they'll send a replacement copy or return my money... pretty crappy that i still dont know when i'll have my game and if i'll get the sig edition i preordered for or not :/ (worser even is that my game would have only cost me 33'ish euros vs the 50-60 it'll be at if i have to buy a regular copy ><)

Well, at least it is a relief to know I'm not the only one having issues. Now I can contact play.com, but I will wait until I get home, just in case it already arrived. It is strange, because the Cllector's guide arrived almost a week ago and was sent after the game. We'll see what happens.

So Play.com told to me till out a form if I wanted a replacement or a refund.
I asked for a signature edition replacement and got an e-mail back that they will refund.
Why even give me the choice if you will ignore it anyway.
This is definately the last time I will ever pre-order with them.
Now I'll have to buy a regular edition and miss out on all the pre-order stuff.

Yeah seems like its going to be like that for me as well, game makes me wait till the 4th of april before i can start that procedure, gotten those books i ordered 2 weeks ago last wednesday, so yeah something must have gone wrong in transport. But fairly certain they'll go for the 'we'll' give you back your money. Stupid thing is that the refund won't even cover a store bought copy :/ (not to forget the whole signature edition missing). le sigh, next time i'm just going store bought again, its so not worth the hassle of waiting for a preorder and not being sure it'll arrive in time.

I am also an idiot that after I installed I bought the DLCs right away, including the Black Emporium, only to find afterwards there was a redeem code in the box...so more money wasted *facepalm*

On a positive note, it is not such a horrible game as the forum would lead you to believe...I'm enjoying myself so far. Early days of course.
