Why even give me the choice if you will ignore it anyway.
This is definately the last time I will ever pre-order with them.

Same happened to me. I'm sorry to hear you also bought the Black Emporium. Right now I'm still fighting with Play.com, because they refunded me my Collector's Edition Guide, instead of the game itself, which of course is, more expensive. I won't be buying anymore special editions with play.com <_<

Ok so as expected a refund it is -__- (regain 33euros, box still costs 50euros round here, and considering they claim the signature edition content is worth about 20euros on its own, that like 40 euros extra, le sigh..). Next time (me3 <<) i'm hoping we have more options to pick from for special preorders...

edit: the nice people over at ea customer support helped me out, now i'll just have to drop by the store to get a copy of the game itself.

Just for completeness sake - same here, refund for SE only.

I'll complain about play.com directly at Bioware and EA - i still think thats the only viable way to prevent this from happening again next time.

I'll probably be getting some bargain package version when some more DLC comes out or the next game of the year edition or whatever - after waiting 5 weeks i'm not in a hurry any more.

Have fun with the game though:)
