Xbox, not PC. It has to be playble offline on consoles, not everyone can connect their xboxes or ps3's to the internet.

Don't know about that, I didn't play DA:O til the Christmas (saving it was tough....................)  But maybe avoid doing any DLC achievements til after midnight? *shrugs*

Yeah, i am sure i will get it a day early like i always do with game.co.uk but i will just wait until friday after work to play it so i can hibernate in my bedroom all weekend and get mum to pass food under the door.

The activation of the game (which is something you need to do in order to play it) will only be possible on release date of the region. here is the list of the unlock times

Unfortunately both me and my partner will be playing the game all weekend so we will be ignoring each other then arguing over who's turn it is to cook or make the tea. It'll cause fights,shouting and lawsuits etc XD

For PC yes, but as he is asking with regard to Gamerscore I imagine he is enquiring about XBox 360, which can be played anytime, but I'm not sure about the achievements thing nor whether the DLC will be available to anyone who gets the game early.

Also you were the best one in Stargate, the TV show not the place.

Im now having to pay ~£40 for this. In order just to get it on the release date (which I should do anyway considering its a PRE-ORDER... if i didnt want it on the release date i wouldnt pre order it...) im now having to shell out an extra tenner. five quid PandP and ten quid VAT. Man this sucks.

That's what takeaways with home delivery are for! 

But someone has to actually get up to answer the door.  Unless you just leave the door open with directions for the delivery guy to bring the food to you both at you're computers with the promise of a bonus
