I recieved my pre-order bonus email
for the amulet about 6 hours after the dispatch email. That's  for the
PC version, though I doubt it makes any difference.

With DA:O from GAME.co.uk I got the email about 2-3 weeks (can't remember exactly) after the game arrived!

Does the PS3 version even get Amulet of Ashes? Is it just that DLC code which you get via e-mail? I sent a query to Play.com just in case. I think they're a bit fed up of us lot now.

I've not heard of the pre-order DLC being platform specific so I assume you should get it.

Thanks BigJas. I too have contacted play through email, hopefully those of us left over will get our codes too. Last time my code didnt come from a promotion, I sent an email about this time of day (maybe a little earlier) and a few hours later they emailed me my codes, so lets hope they're as helpful this time

My SE got dispatched yesterday by Play.com.

I'm not going to recieve my package until tomorrow... and I had to change the shipping to 1 day instead of the free shipping... and I had gotten an email last night from Amazon.com tellling me "we have not shipped your order because... blah, blah, blah..." >.< I expected to have it at my doorstep Tuesday afternoon before or after I had to leave for work...

Same here still picking and packing, and from past experiances of games i was looking foward to playing this 2moro. Arrgh doubt i will even get a friday delivery now.. just sent Game.co.uk a very angry email.. maybe i will get lucky and get some compensation.

It will come on thursday or friday. Thursday wouldn't matter because you can't play it in the UK until friday neway, or Midnight on Thursday if you really want to play it

That's not true.. On the console version anyway, nothing to stop me putting the disc in and cutting the internet access =)

Hi UK ppl. So yeah I always order my games from GAME.co.uk and I've always gotten the game a day earily on the thusday rather than the Friday so I'm hopeful that I get it tomorrow, I got the dispatch email on Tuesday, wishful thinking that it would come today haha I can't wait. I ordered SE too, placed my order like last year so hopefully I get it

why can't you play the game on the Thusday for?

Release control. Won't let you run the game until the proper release date (08/11 for the US, 11/11 for Europe) no matter how early you get it. I'm in the same boat, so the box can just sit there and torment us for a day

I've been playing all the games I've gotten on 360 a day early  for years, and never had a problem with DLC not working ect, Well once I did with The Sims 3 But that was just EA being really poor.

My amazon ordered signature edition has not been dispatched yet. If I don't get this game on friday I will burst into tears, I've already been robbed of certain pre-order bonuses.

You talking about the The Lion of Orlais and Fadeshear? I ordered from amazon uk and they have appeared in my registered game content, so you might get them^_^

If I don't get mine tomorrow I will be mega depressed lol Thusdays are my actual day off, I'm working Friday, Saturday so tomorrow is really the only time I'll have to sit down and play it until Sunday

The only thing i can see regarding my delivery on amazon.co.uk is... Not dispatched yet.... i hope they mail it early tomorrow, it should arrive by saturday morning then i hope so i can play it over the weekend... if it doesn't come till monday i may cry. Damn work!

Same here, If i dont get mines delivered tomorrow i am going to be very sad. Mind you it isnt looking that hopeful. My status is still picking and packing been like that for 2 days now.

You can get around the release control by using something like "Your freedom" to connect with an asian or american ip. I did that for my non-uk copy. Google it

Mine is  still showing not despatched yet,got SE  version from Amazon UK.
