I do not go to buy BioWare Points, credit card absenteeism, also PayPal. Writes an error try again later. I have three days of trying.

There is a separate forum where the gamers exchange information about buying points.  All of the forums here are straight user to user places, at which Bioware occasionally reveals its presence leading up to a release, then absents itself, because the official game support (and points support) is handled on the EA Help Pages.
