If anyone has read my post regarding Storm Of Zehir on the NWN2 SOZ tech support forum, it's the exact same issue here. I had DAO on this machine, but had to replace the hard drive. Now, I'm trying to re-install all my old games on the new hard drive, & DAO simply won't.

I put the DVD into the drive, close the drive, the light blinks a few times, the cursor gives me it's "waiting" appearance & flashes, then it stops reading the disc entirely. If I click on My Computer & then on the DVD icon, it tells me to insert a disc into Drive D.

This is 100% reproduceable, & I'm betting that the "fix" will be the same -- I'll need to go to Bit Torrent & download a copy of DAO from someone else, just so I can install my perfectly legitimate copy.

I'm sorry to say I find this situation entirely intolerable, even if the "fix" is relatively easy. Legit customers should not EVER have trouble installing a legitimately purchased product.

Try to wash the disc a little maybe try another dvd drive thats what i always do.
One more thing, this is the tech forum for PS3 not PC.
