Ok Im wondering if its possible to have this scenario.
Basicaly, male Shepard Romance Ashley, Have Ashley die on the planet by staying behind and save Kaiden. Then Romance Liara, abandon the council and have it replaced with a human run council with Udina at the head and try to maintain as much paragon as possible? (Quite a bit more Pragmatic then your usual paragon)
Is this playthrough scenario possible?

Nope. You have to choose an LI pre-Virmire. Therefore, you'd have to dump Ashley right before landing.
Dumped, and then nuked. Ouch.

Well I want a Indeicisive Shepard, who trys to do teh right thing but messes it up and whole also is quite a bit more Pragmatic for a Paragon. (Council Replaced, and Udina in Charge)

You can lead on Ash and Liara clear up till the Virmire mission.. but there will be no "romance" scene with Ash because you have to do Virmire before Illos.
I've done this scenario once as best I could. My Shep was with Ash...then she died on Virmire. Liara consoled Shep and caught him in a weak moment... then after her cold reaction on Illium he goes to Tali (who was there and loyal).... only to once again be confused about his relationship with Liara as she became the Shadowbroker.... a true soap-opera I tell you.

Indeed, well Im leaning towards a Liara or no romance at all, cause Ash just annoys me in every play through I do. Her 'reuninion' also was what would have pushed me over the edge even more if iT wasnt there already. Plus I liked Kaidan. kaidan+liara was one of my fav party combos.

A compromise would be reach the threesome confrontantion. You flirt with both, and then when comes the moment to decide you stand with Liara, but at least you showed some interest for Ash too.

It think it might be possible if picking up Liara is the very last thing you do before Virmire, that way you likely won't have the opportunity to flirt with Liara much before Ashley bites it on Virmire and they won't present you with the ultimatum.
I never saw the "threesome" convo on my first playthrough, Ashley was left on Virmire, and Liara's romance was still open to me. This was because I had only talked to Liara once before heading to Virmire. For kicks I romanced her and had the love scene and everything. The only thing I can't remember is if I was romancing Ashley, but I think I was.

Is it possible to romance Liara in MS1 and then get her to abandon her information trade when you show up in MS2 and join your quest again?

Hmm quite likly, though that means id have to wait a long time to get her and my favorite party combo is Liara/Kaiden for Biotic madness.

I tend to do 'Paragon' statements (the top line of the dialogue wheels), but unfortunately with Liara and Ashley those are also romantic statements. It took me a couple playthroughs to realize what I was doing wrong.
I, personally, don't like Ash. Sure, she's a good soldier to have at your side, but I have to laugh at some of the statements she makes, and than claims to not be xenophobic. If I'm going to pair off with a 'xenophobe' style person in ME, its going to be Miranda. Yeah, she's been genetically modified, but at least she's honest about her position.
I also found Ash's rant at Shepard on Horizon to be absolutely pathetic. "Oh, I'm an Alliance Soldier and you're a b***** for joining Cerberus!" Absolutely worthless. I think I'd only do Ash as a LI in ME1 to have her deal with Miranda in ME3. Of course, BioWare's stated that doing so would have adverse affects on Shepard, but I have to wonder: would we at least see the two LI's duke it out? I'd be rooting for Miranda/Tali/Jack.
I've not done a female Shepard playthrough, but if I did I'd probably pick Kaidan. He at least seemed to have sounder reasoning, but maybe that's just because I play a Male Shepard. Anyone know if Kaidan's rant is even close to Ash's in ME2?
