I think you're mistaken about that. At least, I've never heard of a 250 series card with that much memory (most I've heard of is 1 GB). As well, that card doesn't support DX11.

Im posting from my ea battefield account (main account), yes i mostly play bf 2 and bc 2.  Rpg games (mass effect 2, dragon age and dragon age II ) are on my little brother account. Why do i need to switch account in order to post? I'm mostly on battlefiled 3 forum therefore i use that one as its already log into ea.

@ bigtoptony I'm running a ati 6870 with i7 2600k. I have another one but crossfire aint working right now so i disabled my second card. On dx 11 High with high ress pack enabled i get aroun 70 to 60 fps. On very high dx 11 + high ress pack im getting 35 to 40 on average

* 6870 is 1 gb vram

From the pictures, the main diference from Very High to High is the tessellation, there can be more diferences but from that pic it's the only thing i can see[/i]

Yes, it appears that this is still an apparent issue. However, everything else looks pretty much the same on high vs very high. At least from what I can tell.

Wow. I was running ME2 at like 40fps and it looked and played smooth as silk to me. I can't imagine I'd notice a difference at 60fps, let alone 120! Maybe I need to get my eyes checked.

And wait, that picture above is using high-res, not ultra high-res but on DX11?

There should be a visible difference at 60 fps. More than that isn't a big difference in certain games, especially DA2 as it isn't a very fast paced game. If you can't tell a difference between 40 and 60 though, doesn't matter. 40 works perfectly fine. I personally expect to be playing at around 30.

1mb...yeah...you'll be lucky if you can load it 

But sure you meant 1gb  Should be fine. 460 is a nice card and you're certainly not going to be held back by the rest of your system.

I'm on a i5 2400 , 4gb, 560 ti and in dx11 very high i barely get 15 fps. And yes i've installed the beta drivers 276.26 from nvidia.

This is rather disappointing.
