I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but I was looking at my "registered game content" and noticed a new piece of equipment that wasn't there before. Listed for Dragon Age 2 was "Blood Dragon Armor". I thought that was pretty cool, but hadn't heard it would be available in 2. Anyone else have that on theirs?

I've got it. A developer said yesterday that anyone that had it in Origins gets it in DA2.

Have it too, I'm still wondering if its just for people who own the DAO BDA.

Got it too, I wonder what will it look like in DA2. Have they updated the looks?

Glad I didn't have to import a DA:O save to get it, 'cause don't have one!

It's in the video that was livestreamed on Saturday, apparently the shoulders are different though I can't remember what it was like in Origins exactly.

Dammit Oghren! I entrusted you with the Blood Dragon Armor, and you lost it/sold it?

So how did Hawke get his grubby hands on this?

Still looks more or less the same. The shoulderpads are different. The stats are not identical to what they were in DAO, since the game mechanics have changed, but I'm guessing they are probably roughly equivalent under the new ruleset. It's also still an actual set of pieces (torso/leggings, boots, gauntlets, helm) not just one big suit like the special armors in ME2.Arppis wrote...

Sweeet! I was worried I wouldn't have it for the PS3 (my DA2 platform) cause I had BDA for the 360 in DA1. It's nice that it transfered.

They said they updated the shoulder pads, but aside from that, it looked the same, which might be a bad thing, depending on who you ask.

There should be certain parameters to adquire the armor, like own the armor in DAO or ME2

I completely missed that! Fail on my part. Regardless, this was a nice surprise to see the day before launch!

I'm confused. I had the Blood Dragon armor in DA:O. The legit way, I still have the paper that came with the game that has the code on it. But it's not listed under my registered game promos, for DA:O or DAII.
