Well what about me? I have the Blood Dragon armor on the 360 and I bought it at launch as well. I'm not so sure what to do here.

I'll be missing out on it because my Blood dragon armor is linked to my
older inactive account and EA won't let me transfer it

Hmm, I'd be really surprised by that.  You should be able to contact EA support and have that transfered.  If they are telling you different, pm me with details.

I have Mass Effect 2 for the PS3 btw.

Hmm. I do *not* have this armor listed in my registered game content.
Odd, because I have the Blood Dragon armor via Mass Effect 2 for the
PS3.

Good point, I should have clarified - DAO and ME2 PC/360 came with codes to add this to your account, which is what DA2 is looking for.  ME2 PS3 did not (it just came as part of the game) so DA2 won't know you have it.  I'm going to see if there is something we can do - but for now this wouldn't work for ME2 PS3 players, my apologies.

This also includes us with DA:O UE? Because we have no code I guess. What about if we register we own the UE, which I have done could that not be checked to see that we indeed have the armour.

I also noticed when registering my DA:O UE that you don't allow people to register they own Mass Effect original on the site, curious as to why that is.

Fernando, what about me? I put in the code when I bought Dragon Age: Origins last year and I have it in DA:O and Mass Effect 2. Should I try and find the original code I got and register it? Or try to put it in the website somehow?

Additionally, if I can't find it, what do I do?

Yep, that's exactly what I'm going to see if we can do - tie it to game reg.  Sorry folks, this and PS3 ME2 was an oversight on our part.

So it is connected to game registration on not just having it connected to your BSN account. Darn.

If it is not on your account page here - social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php - is it possible this was registered under a different email address account at the time?

Keep in mind that on consoles any player can play DLC on the same console as the person who purchased/downloaded it.  However, the codes we use are still just tied to specific account.  Is it possible the content was registered/downloaded using a different gamertag/psn account?

You can see which gamertag/psn name is linked to your EA online account (the email address you use to login here on the site) at the url above.

If you fall into the catagory of no code + own copy which included the armour, then that's what he is looking into regarding those who registered (owning such games without codes but with armour) will get the armour in DA2.

See that's the weird thing, I have the game registered on EA.com and I don't have it in my promotions.  I'm not sure if that answers your question or not.

No - at the moment, it only cares for you having redeeming a blood dragon armor code against your social site account (which would have it appear on your entitlements page).  But this excluded ME2 PS3 and DAO UE folks - so i'm going to look at whether (for those cases only) we can look for the game registration.  Everyone else is still tied to the BDA code showing up on the entitlements page.

Now that you mention it, I do remember having an issue similar to this when I bought Mass Effect 2.  The armor wasn't showing up in that game either.  Now I know I had DA:O on another account but I did talk to someone from EA and they merged my accounts.  Everything SHOULD be on 1 account now.

I have the Ultimate Edition and I still got the Blood Dragon armour. Though it might be because it came with a code for Mass Effect's Blood Dragon armour. Did you not get a Mass Effect code either?

All ME2 PS3 ppl moaning, I thought the whole point of Blood Dragon Armor is that you got it from playing the first dragon age origins, not Mass Effect 2, and if you still can't get it and you played origins, they you should really get an PC or a Xbox haha :wizard:

Hey Fernando, I sent you a message though I'm not sure if it ever arrived... Guess your mailbox is being flooded.

Anyway, I'm wondering if I also have to contact EA about getting my Blood Dragon Armor transferred. It's also linked to my older EA account.

Any thoughts on this?

No mine didn't come with any code only the DLC on disc.

Also worth mentioning you would need to check Bioware social network game linked/registrations to see if have either ME2 or more specifically the DA:O UE because EA doesn't let you register the UE on their site only this site does I'm guessing.

That's probably it.  My husband used his email address for the DAO Blood Dragon armor and Shale.

Ok thanks!

I'm going to send one out now. Though I don't know under which category and under which product name I have to send it in... Too many options!! @_@

Doing it via the DA2 website now.
