So just an update for anyone else having the same issue as me (Blood Dragon Armor not showing up in your list but the item IS in game), I talked to someone at EA support and he said that I should be able to access the item in DA2 if it's in DA:O. So I guess this is a wait and see moment. Hope, this helps anyone else.

while I have encountered no problem with blood dragon armor showing up in my entitlements page. I do want to take the time to Thank Fernando Melo for being quick to respond and trying to solve the problem that others have encountered so that they can enjoy the game when it is released.

Not so . DA2 will look at your entitlements page (social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php) when you login with the email address and/or gamertag/psn name at the top of that page.  It will only unlock the armor if you have DAO/ME2 armor on that page, otherwise it will not.

If you have a different/older EA account email address that you used to originally get the DAO/ME2 armor version - you can contact EA support and they will transfer the armor and any other items from one account to another (or merge the two) for you.

In the case of PS3 ME2 and DAO UE - we're working on a fix for that.  The plan is that if you have the game registered here on social that too will unlock the DA2 armor. (not currently working yet)

That's a very long story.  However, the short version is that Sony's rules on us unlocking content via codes has changed since DAO.

I'll pm you for more info - it is possible either this wasn't moved correctly across, or there is another EA account created by accident at the time which still has this.   

But in general, you should login to DA2 with the email you use here on social.  And use the gamertag/psn name you see at the top of the entitlements page here on the site.   Then at least 1 version of the blood dragon armor (DAO any version, ME2 any) needs to already appear on your entitlements page on this site.

wow i got the armor on this account. lol i didnot know my Xbox live account on different email. to anyone that the account does not have the blood armor. try to use same email log in as xbox live then it will automatically got the blood armor on your dragonage 2

Totally gutted I never received the code with my orignal DA:O and after being told "That's too bad" pretty much I forgot about it thinking it wouldn't matter... and now you can use it in DA2 T_T so sad!!!
I should have just gone out and bought another copy lol.

In the rare situation that someone happens to have an extra code, I would be so so so so grateful! xD I even bought Mass Effect 2 for Xbox but since sold my Xbox so I don't think I can even retrieve it that way :/

So if we download stuff off 2 different accounts (old account from DA:O/ME2 and new account that has all the DA2 promos attached) onto the one xbox, we can use them all at the same time?

Ok found a solution

Ring/contact EA and tell them to flag up or register the fact you have Blood Dragon Armour on your console or pc which worked for me. Once I spoke to them they flagged as I had indeed got Blood Dragon Armour on DA:O UE in my case and now it appears in my registered promotions list for DA2 on this site within seconds of doing so.

OMG the Bioware/Dragon Age peeps are the best!!! I totally resigned to the fact that I wouldn't get my armor 'cause I never received my code when I originally bought the game, but I figured I'd email and try anyways since I still have the manual with the Reg code.

THEY GAVE IT TO ME!!!! Those guys are the best!!!! Mailman just arrived too so I'm turnin on RIGHT NOW!!!!

The blood dragon armor is BROKEN, if you just wear the gloves and not the chest you have invisible wrists.
