Just redeemed my signature edition and black emporium codes. But unable to download any files. It's redirecting me to a page where nothing happens.

Try the links from there, and let us know if you still have issues.

game gets released tomorrow in the us and over the course of the week for the rest of the world. You cannot download anything until then

Tried it, doesn't work, clicked the "Download" button but nothing happened, game is already unlocked in my region as well.

Following the link in the entitlement area for the Black Emporium DLC.. brings up a little pop up window with this:

To manually download your new content on the PC:

• Download the package from the link below and install it.
• Run Dragon Age II.
• Please ensure you log in with the same account you used on the social website.
• Start a new game or load an existing one.
• Follow the instructions in the game journal.

From there, there is a little windows logo, and then a link that presumably is supposed to start the download.  Clicking the link, results in the pop up window going blank, and nothing happening.

I can see all the DLC. When I click on them and then click download, it takes me to http://na.llnet.biow...tureEdition.exe but the download doesn't begin.

Yeah...but it's already released where I live.

I see the Signature Edition Content listed on my Entitlements screen.  When I click on "More Info" I get a pop-up showing download instructions and a Download Now link.

Clicking on the Download Now link results in the following blank box:

If I copy the Download Now link and paste it directly into my browser, I get a blank white page.

Owen.. on a semi-related note.. do you know when the installer for the Mac versions of the DLC will be put up?  The Black Emporium DLC, for example, the DL link points to a .exe

It's worth noting when I go to click "Download Now" from Internet Explorer 8, I get a 404 Not Found error in the pop-up frame.

I've received word from our web guys that the pages should be working now, so let us know if there are still issues please.

We're also investigating a possible corrupt installer for the Black Emporium, so if you get the file and it doesn't work, we're working on that

Still have the same problem Strangely enough, Mac downloads are working perfectly...too bad they are of no use to me.

Edit: Signature Edition and Exciled prince are working correctly. Still not able to download Black Emporium though.

EDIT: Nevermind after a couple reload all works now, just refresh the pages a few times guys

Thanks!  I was able to get Black Emporium to install after the Mac version popped up.

I can also report that everything is working correctly for me as well. Downloaded and installed all without any trouble. Your help and patience is much appreciated Owen

I'd also check that you either allow the other website into noscript if you use it with Firefox (I know that's one of my problem).. Will try the downloads with Chrome myself.

Well, reporting that I just retried with firefox (without adjusting noscript) and it worked for all downloads.

Doing the installs now. (Installations went great -- no problems) -- Can't test ingame yet since it won't unlock until 03:00am, but so far so good

Same here.
I got the e-mail today saying "Dragon Age II: Bioware Signature Edition" was ready for pre-loading (Europe), I went to the EA games manager and installed, seemingly normal version, but I don't know if it's supposed to be different on there, registered the key from the games manager on here and got the confirmation.
Neither The Black Emporium nor The Exiled Prince unlocked, so have to hope more codes are sent out..
Boots of the Frozen Wastes and Blood Dragon Armor did unlock correctly though.
