Just redeemed my signature edition and black emporium codes. But unable to download any files. It's redirecting me to a page where nothing happens.

Is the content showing on your registered game content under the Profile area on the site here? (http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php)

Try the links from there, and let us know if you still have issues.

It looks like we are having issues with some of our web servers. Please try reloading the entitlements page and try again. We're working to get our web server issues resolved as quickly as we can.

The Mac DLC installers should be available from the same "more info" area as the PC installers when the site is working properly

I've received word from our web guys that the pages should be working now, so let us know if there are still issues please.

We're also investigating a possible corrupt installer for the Black Emporium, so if you get the file and it doesn't work, we're working on that
