Same here.
I got the e-mail today saying "Dragon Age II: Bioware Signature Edition" was ready for pre-loading (Europe), I went to the EA games manager and installed, seemingly normal version, but I don't know if it's supposed to be different on there, registered the key from the games manager on here and got the confirmation.
Neither The Black Emporium nor The Exiled Prince unlocked, so have to hope more codes are sent out..
Boots of the Frozen Wastes and Blood Dragon Armor did unlock correctly though.

You get a mail the same time as the game is supposed to unlock if you bought it from EA Store.

I am having a slightly different problem. I entered the code for the Black Emporium DLC, went to my "entitlements" page and verified that it was listed. I then downloaded and installed it but now in the game under the DLC content section is says that it is unauthorized. And yes, I am using the same username/password in game and at social.bioware/com.

Any suggestions?


Also, my preorder code from gamestop is listed in entitlements but the items to not show up in game.
