Seriously?! Gamespot, IGN, Gametrailers? Is EA keeping the review hidden cos it's bad or saink?
I'd be more worried if there WERE early reviews, as they're almost always positive and clearly paid off to allow the review site an early lead on releasing the review.
Just like all media, reviews usually come out on the day off. Same thing with movies - usually they don't come out until the day the movie is actually out.

PCgammer is more reliable than any of those, and theirs is up.
They are all just one persons opinion at the end of the day. I don't consider the PCGamer review as that reliable personally as I'm not massivly keen on the reviewer who did it.

In general im pretty convinced DA2 is gonna be a hell of a game at the end of the day, just one with bitter pills for the purist thrown in!

Same goes for people who played it already. But if you hear the same things over and over again like the same locations with the same layout over and over again its not really confincing to buy this rushed games (atleast it seems that way) fpr a full price.the_esherick wrote...
Its not a bad idea to look at the reviews to get a general idea of the quality of the game. However, don't take reviews as the authority of how a game is. Ultimately a reviewer is just one person with an opinion.
positive reviews could change that but not if they are comming out hours after the official release. And honestly the PC gamer review is full of **** and really reeks like bull****. And the reason they got it out so early was the more as positive review.

OR
Somehow I think that even if all the reviews were positive, the nay sayers would still be nay saying.

We have dismissed those claims
Reviews are just opinions, people have different opinions. There are exceptions, when the game is blatantly amazing or blatantly the worst game ever.

No but not most reivews thats get out early and have such a high score a bull****. We already know the actions developer take for good reviews and how you can publish your review earlier than others.TelvanniWarlord wrote...
ah yes, any review that doesn't match anyone's pre conceived notions of the game must either be..

ORa bias review w/ a bribe attached

Many policies are if you rate it 90 or so you can release it early if not you have to wait.

Not the case always; one German review gave the game an 87 and was pretty harsh in it's specifics.
