I just registered my preorder promo code from gametreemac.com, but I only got The Black Emporium registered, not The Lion of Orlais nor Fadeshear. Just a warning that you might want to hold off until tomorrow...

Going to send a support email now.

I don't see Fadeshear or Lion of Orlais on my list of unlocks/bonuses either.


edit: to clarify, I ordered from macgametree.com as well.

Here's the answer from EA:

"I have just checked the order and the code for three pre order bonuses you are looking is not issued yet .So, Once the code will issued you will get the code by via email."

which sounds very weird since I did get the Black Emporium. But guess we'll have to wait and see.

I'm in the same boat. Pre-ordered from Gametreemac, got the promo code yesterday, entered it successfully, yet the sword and shield are not on my list of unlockables.

This seems to be a very common problem. What worries me is that Gametreemac is not listed on EAs list of pre-order sites from which you can get these items, yet Gametreemac has them listed as items you can get with a pre-order.

I've contacted Gametreemac about the issue, as well. Still haven't heard anything back yet.

I pre-ordered from gamestop online, didn't relieve any promo code, but did get Black Emporium when I registered my game :/

Just to be clear, there are two codes. I got the Black Emporium code in the DVD box, but the sword/shield code came in an email from Amazon. So one assumes that the speed and efficiency of the relevant retailer will play a part in how fast you get your codes.

urgh seems like gametree are not sending out the e-mail.

I ordered the disc through amazon and got the black emporium on a printed leaflet inside the box (separate code from the main disc) and then got an e-mail from amazon with a 3rd code for the Sword and Shield

So it seems gametree mac should e-mail all who bought the game with their code...

I ended up with a digital version, and paying extra for the DLC.
I would've so much wanted to hold the game in my hands! Sigh.

Anyways, I got the Emporium from Gametree, but still no promo codes for the other two extras.
I'm Scandinavian, so I guess I still have 4-5hours to wait :'D

I fell into the same boat. I don't think BioWare was sure they would have time to fit the mac version onto the disc (and I suspect they would not have held up release because of Mac). One of the developer did say it was a close (in time) fit to get it onto the same disc

I didn't pre-order and I held off the digital pre-order as it wasn't clear I could get both MAC/PC at the same time. So when Amazon had a sale at $50 I ordered it

I haven't received anything from Gametreemac's support either. Their 'contact us' page says it can take 2 days to get a response...it's been two.. If I get a chance at work tomorrow, I'm going to try giving Macgametree a call and see if I can get an answer via the phone. My ticket to BW still hasn't been answered either.

Eh, well I don't really care since I rolled a mage and Aveline is my only board and stick warrior and she kind of annoys me so I don't use her.

I went rogue for my first time through, but it'd still be nice to get it straightened out, just in case I decide to play through again with a warrior.
