No response from Gametree yet. Where do I contact BW for support? Everything I see takes me to EA, and DA2 isn't listed as a supported game in the drop down support menu.

I went through http://help.dragonage.com/
Took a few days to get a response, but they were able to hook me up.

Guys, I had the same problem. But its solved: dont contact gametree at all, contact via mail straight EA, they activated Fadeshear/Lion of Orlais for me within 6 hours since I contacted them. Now its there working fine

Annoying that you have to contact EA to get something that you should have had from GameTree. Glad to see they have fixed it for you!

It turns out that the game had not yet been release for the Indian region. Hence those particular DLC have not been enabled. Game was released today and content is available. This info was provided by EA support

From Gametree's twitter:
For those with DA2 DLC issues, you will be contacted directly from EA. Please accept our apologies, and if you have concerns please ask.
Checked my email and sure enough, there was the code C:

I just received (March 11, 2011 5:38:29 PM EST) an email from EA Customer Service with a pre-order promo code for Fadeshear and the Lion of Orlais shield. I never wrote to them so I'm assuming it was a widespread problem.
After submitting the code the top of the following page states; Code successfully redeemed! NOTE: You may need to refresh your wallet balance in-game before content will appear in-game.

Woulda been nice for gametree to actually, you know... respond to emails sent to them about this... why would I follow a company I only ever purchased a single title from on twitter (granted.. I don't use twitter.. so I'm not following anyone).

^ Well they sent out the tweet at roughly the same time as the email with the code got sent out; at least mine was sent at the same time. I guess they felt there was no need to reply? Or maybe they were using the time working with EA... whatever it was, I don't see any reason to complain; unless you don't have your code yet, of course.
(And I follow gametree because they often tweet giveaways and discount codes, got Awakening for 50% off~)
