Uhh, not sure that this is the right place to ask this, but I preordered from Best Buy, and I was given no code. Anyone else have that problem? What can be done about it?

For the S/E codes, in the PS3 box on top of the instruction manual there was a separate piece of paper. On one side was a code for the soundtrack, then I had to realize to flip it over for instructions on how to d-load the S/E content

Okay, got it. Nice and hidden explanation in the Downloadable Content area in game. Seems I need to just go home and find the items in my chest. Still, would be nice if they showed up in my accessed Registered Game Content list here on the social site. Or if they explained it better on the Bonus Page about how this stuff is accessed.

What we EA store customers seem to be missing are the code(s) for the unlockable items. I have my doubts they will appear on the 11th with us doing nothing. They should, really, be either in the email sent to us or listed in the details of the game in the download manager. I think something's gone wrong logistically with the European EA store here myself. Going to try and get some answers out of customer support.

Quoting myself, I suppose on reflection it is possible that there is a european release email from the store to come on the 11th telling us we can play it and that this might contain the codes but I'd want a definitive statement to that effect before I felt happy about things as they stand.

I preordered from play.com and i was happily surprised to get the amuled of sacred ashes, now i am only hoping that the game arrives before the 11th.

Are the codes for Sebastian, the sten's sword, the seekers shield, the ring, the bow and the staff in the box because i've only received the code for the amulet by e mail?

For the Amulet of Ashes, if you follow the prompt from Mr. Priestley's original post, you'll find that you just need to select between two possible UPC codes. Everyone might be able to get it. I kinda wish I'd gone with EA now, unless certain stores get distinct UPC codes. I'm ignorant.

Has there been any word on the 80023102 error people are getting for Black Emporium? I don't want to start the game until I have everything set up, and I don't want to buy Exiled Prince if things are glitchy.

Umm I preordered dragon age 2 and I have the code to get the imporium and mabari but when i plug in the code and click continue it keeps giving me an error message whats going on?

Oh, you must have something different than the PS3 version? For the PS3 version, which I have, all you need is your UPC number. I think it's different for the 360 and PC.

PC, Xbox and Mac users need to redeem the code they are provided. From where or who, that remains a mystery.

I didn't get any of the items for liking dragon age on facebook & I didn't get Might of Sten, Ring of Resilience, & Seeker's Bulwark for having the S/E. I even used both codes on the piece of paper that came with the game & I still didn't get those three items, there's not even a code on my receipt from gamestop.
